The 1Wall Systems are durable, highly-insulated and environmentally-friendly structural building material for commercial and residential developments. The extreme safety properties of its strong structural design addresses concerns for seismic events, highly destructive winds conditions, fires, severe storms, while providing limitless design options and reducing utility/energy cost.

When conservation is a must, the 1WallS are designed to achieve a super-insulated stable structure that makes erecting a building, home or renovation a simple task. There is no waste or environmental footprint when constructing with our products.1WallS is an innovative building material that, when paired with the MULTICERAMICS (see below) insulated coating provides very high (R60) structure insulation with a mere 6" of wall thickness. Any structure constructed with the 1WallS will reduce the energy required to heat or cool the building by up to 75%.

The 1WallS arrive on-site and conform to any architectural home design without factory prefabrication. Due to the unique nature of the 1WallS, there is no warping, twists, swelling or other deformations common with standard building materials. The material corners are square and the door openings and window frames are smooth and exact. Windows and doors will fit properly the first time, there is no need to retrofit on site, resulting in additional savings and reduction of build times.

1WallS structure builds are up to 40% less expensive than conventional construction, while delivering higher quality and greater structural strength. Compare this to a typical wood or brick home, which takes up to 30 days to “frame out,” where as 1WallS homes can be done in as few as 2 to 3 days. 1WallS are engineered to withstand structural damage from wind, water, termites, rodents, mold/mildew and other forms of deterioration.

1WallS building solutions are truly unique and far superior to any competitive product on the market. It is important to note that they are not SIPS (structural insolated panels). Although the word "structural" is in the name, SIPS have no independent load-bearing structural capabilities and rely on wood or wood paneling for any structural strength. In addition, SIPS use glues that are often toxic, always messy and difficult to use and degrade over time; even with master builders, SIPS have proven to be inexact, cumbersome and cost ineffective.

Many other modular and pre-fab building products are simply variations of the current "brick and stick" construction methods. While the core materials of other solutions may be similar, most other systems still utilize stranded particle board(OSB) outer substrates that are glued to the composite core. IMPORTANT: A significant difference between the wall panels and any other “similar” products is that other products do not have stand-alone structural attributes which means they still utilize wood or concrete for structural integrity. The 1WallS’s use steel for its load-bearing strength and have been tested to be 11x stronger than traditional wood construction. Additionally, the inferior materials used by competitors create structures highly susceptible to moisture penetration, eventual deterioration and disintegration. 1WallS proprietary solutions do not incorporate any wood frame, concrete or plywood layers. The 1WallS unique composite core is the only substrate incorporated into the system. This means a 1WallS structure is built stronger and longer lasting than any of the competitive solutions on the market.

To answer the common question, “Is EPS foam recyclable?” the answer is unequivocally, YES! EPS is a foam plastic and people worry about it's recyclability and environmental impact. Due to modern technology developed to meet regulations in the United States and world-wide, EPS is100% recyclable.

EPS manufacturers recycle 100% of their scrap materials. “Discarded Foam is recycled and molded back into scrap blocks for use into new products.

There are 4 primary ways EPS is recycled:

  • Crush the old EPS and mix it with newly produced EPS to form new panels.
  • Crush the old EPS and mix it with plaster or concrete to produce other lightweight building materials.
  • Mix the recycled EPS with soil and compost to promote plant growth due to the enhanced aeration.
  • Recycled EPS can be melted and converted to General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) pellets, which can be then used to manufacture trash bags, coat hangers, video cassette/CD casings, stationary items, plant pots and other simple polystyrene products.
